 Cancellation stops future charges but does not reverse any existing order.

Can I get a refund for my Initial Order?
Your Initial Order follows our standard return policy.
 If canceled within the allowed time frame (before fulfillment), it can be refunded normally.
 If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Can I get a refund for my First Renewal?
No - the First Renewal is non-refundable, even if it has not been shipped yet. This helps us keep subscription pricing stable and ensures reliable product availability.

Are future renewals refundable?
No - all renewals after the First Renewal are non-refundable, once processed or shipped.

What happens if I cancel after a renewal was charged?
We will stop future renewals, but the charged renewal will still be processed and cannot be refunded.

What if I signed up for the subscription by mistake?
If you subscribed by mistake, please contact us within the same cancellation timeframe as your Initial Order.
 During this window, we can cancel your subscription and refund your Initial Order (as long as it has not been fulfilled).
After this timeframe has passed:

• we can cancel the subscription for future cycles,
• but any existing orders — including the Initial Order (if already processed), the First Renewal, or later renewals — remain active and non-refundable, even if the subscription was accidental.

Because your subscription confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout, this timeframe ensures timely corrections.

Do promotional or discounted subscription orders qualify for refunds?
Discounted subscription prices follow the same rules.
 They do not receive extended refund or cancellation rights.
