Return & Refund Policy

At Lumora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
